LUMISSA physical products are covered by a 90-day return window from delivery unless the relevant product page clearly states a longer period.

Start a return

Email support@hivolt-usa.com within 90 days of delivery and include your order number and the item you want to return. Support within 24 business hours. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described — in which case we cover return shipping and provide a free replacement or refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Preparing the item

Include the product and any accessories supplied with it. Original packaging is helpful but not required unless the product page states otherwise. Contact us before mailing the item so we can provide the correct instructions.

Refund timing

After the return reaches us and is checked, we issue the eligible refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email us with your order number and photographs. We will provide the appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If fulfillment has not started, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid. If it has already been processed or shipped, the return process applies after delivery.
