These Terms of Service govern your use of lumissa.co.uk and any purchase you make from LUMISSA. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are and What We Sell

LUMISSA is an online fashion store selling clothing and accessories to customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — there are no hidden fees. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Taxes

UK VAT is included in our prices where applicable.

5. Shipping

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Standard Tracked Shipping costs £3.99 with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days from dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee from delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

7. No Subscriptions

LUMISSA sells one-time purchases only. We do not operate subscriptions or recurring billing.

8. Product Information

We describe products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Size guidance is provided on each product page.

9. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You may check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not misuse this site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

10. Intellectual Property

The LUMISSA name, logo, site copy, photography and page design are our property or are licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do, and the published version applies to orders placed after the change.
