LUMISSA Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try your LUMISSA product at home. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return.

• How to start a return: Email support@lumissa.co.uk with your order number and the item you are returning. We will reply with return instructions.
• Condition: Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging where possible.
• Return postage: You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described — in which case we cover it and provide a free replacement or refund.
• Refunds: We refund the amount paid for the returned item to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
• Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Your statutory rights (UK)

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — if goods are faulty, you have a 30-day right to reject them, and we will repair or replace faulty items or refund you.
